Freeland bank collects for Good Cheer

Coastal Community Bank in Freeland is collecting items for Good Cheer Food Bank.

The branch will accept non-perishable food, toiletry items and donated checks through Friday, Dec. 3. The bank is at 1737 Main St.

The local staff of the Snohomish County-based bank has been active in several South Whidbey community organizations, including the Freeland Chamber of Commerce, Whidbey Island Dance Theatre, Soroptomists, Rotary Club and Island Girls Day Camp.
