The Edgecliff Restaurant, a Langley landmark, closed for good this past Sunday, according to an announcement by owner Tim Criswell on the restaurant’s website.

Future plans for the building, owned by Richard Francisco, are uncertain, Freeland Realtor Leann Finlay said Thursday. Finlay represents Francisco, who lives in Mexico, but who owns several properties in Langley.

Finlay said several inquiries regarding availability of the building at Sixth Street and Camano Avenue overlooking Saratoga Passage have been received, and that Francisco is open to other possibilities besides a restaurant.
