EDC business workshops set

The Island County Economic Development Council and Whidbey Island Bank will host two sessions titled “Financing Your Business” later in June.

The workshops will cover the basics of business financing, and a light lunch will be provided. Business owners and managers interested in exploring options for financing the purchase of assets, business expansion, acquiring a business, or purchasing commercial property should attend.

Space is limited, and attendees should RSVP with the EDC by June 7.

The first workshop is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 14 in Oak Hall, Room 306 at the Skagit Valley College campus in Oak Harbor.

The second workshop is from 11 am. to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 16 in the meeting room at the Freeland Library.
