The Clinton Thursday Market opens its second season July 11 and continues through Aug. 29, from 3:30 to 7 p.m. each Thursday.

Featured vendor the first week is Full Cycle Farm, a small-scale family farm in the Maxwelton Valley, owned and operated by Eric and Britt Conn who grow a variety of vegetables, fruits and berries through the season. Although not certified organic, they practice “holistic ecological methods” and don’t use any chemicals on the farm.

“Britt and Eric work to increase the health and life energy of their land and their community, working with the earth to nourish the people,” said Carol Flax, market manager.

Entertainment on July 11 will be the Tim Donovan Band; a beer and wine garden will feature Diamond Knot beer and Comfort’s wine; stunning flowers are available from Bao Lor Garden Tamales; and baked goods from Tres Gringos, plus much more. Become a Clinton Market volunteer by contacting clintonthursdaymarket@gmail.com or visit www.clintonchamberofcommerce.org/thursdaymarket. The market is located at 525 Storkson Drive, behind Dairy Queen just off Highway 525.
