Langley chamber helps make this Halloween safe

The Langley Chamber of Commerce is helping parents and trick-or-treaters navigate downtown Langley this Halloween. Small smiling pumpkin markers will guide Halloween-goers to businesses that are participating in trick-or-treat fun on Saturday.
