South End businesses are encouraged to sign up early for the second Uniquely South Whidbey Trade Fair, scheduled for the first weekend in June.

The Uniquely South Whidbey Trade Fair was designed as a way for South End businesses to network with their neighbors and to let the public know what they have to offer.

Now in its second year, the fair is a function of the three South Whidbey chambers of commerce — Clinton, Freeland and Langley — and is a way for local businesses to showcase their products and services in a South End venue.

This year’s fair will be held at the Island County Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 5 and Sunday, June 6. Vendors who participate can attend a free marketing seminar with Carolyn Tamler and a business mixer prior to the event. Registration closes on May 10.
