Coldwell Banker Tara sells management division

Coldwell Banker Tara Properties of Whidbey Island has announced the sale of its South Whidbey Property Management division to Brad Jaeger.

Jaeger is an experienced property manager with more than 20 years in the industry.

With the sale comes a slightly different company name: Tara Property Management South.

The firm relocated back in its former location at 18205 Highway 525, Freeland on May 10. Office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays by appointment. Jaeger can be reached by phone at 331-7100 or by e-mail at Brad@whidbeyislandrentals.com.
