Women in Business (and men secure enough to show up) is presenting a community potluck and barbecue from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 1 at Salon Spring.

This is an opportunity to come and have some good food, mingle and meet your neighbors and learn about all the business resources that are available on Whidbey Island.

The fire will be provided; guests should bring some “grillables” and a dish to share. The salon is located at 1635 Main St., across from the post office in Freeland.
