Tickets on sale for holiday raffle
December 13, 2010 · Updated 8:00 AM
The South Whidbey Senior Center in Bayview is conducting a holiday raffle fundraiser.
Tickets are $2 each, and the big winner will get a one-of-a-kind, two-story, fully furnished doll house that was handmade by Joe Wozab of Lagoon Point.
Wozab, a retired engineer who is now in his 90s, has been making doll houses for 20 years. The dollhouse is exquisite, and would make a wonderful gift.
Other raffle items include two handmade seasonal quilts made by the quilters of Trinity Lutheran Church.
The drawing will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 21. Tickets are available at the South Whidbey Senior Center and at Community Thrift in Freeland.
