A warm welcome into the world is in order for Jonah Raphael Nelson, born on Feb. 15, 2011 at the Greenbank Birth Center. Jonah weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches long.

On his birthday, Jonah was welcomed by his parents, Shannon Lawson and Troy Nelson, and by his big brothers Troy Jr., Caleb and Isaac.

His maternal grandparents are Ann Donovan and Bill Lawson of Freeland. Paternal grandparents are Ralph and Linda Nelson of Lake Vermilion, Minn.
