Chef Vincent Nattress, father of two, and Aracely Knox, mother of four, and kids from both families will be demonstrating how to cook a healthy, economical family meal with your kids at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 at the Deer Lagoon Grange.

Kids with an adult are welcome. The class is free as part of the grange’s community education program, but donations to cover ingredients and for the building repair fund will be appreciated.
