Holistic health association meets this week in Freeland
April 25, 2011 · Updated 8:44 AM
The Whidbey Island Holistic Health Association will hold an informational meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28 at the Freeland Library.
All holistic health practitioners on the island are invited to attend to find out more about the group and to help direct its future growth.
Holistic health is a broad term that can include anyone from integrative medical doctors to yoga teachers to craniosacral therapists to naturopaths.
In addition to producing a directory of holistic practitioners on the island, the association will also conduct educational outreach efforts about the variety and value of holistic health options.
For more information, call Lynne Donnelly at 360-544-8445 or Karen Carbone at 331-1223.
