Mandi Elizabeth Malecki and Sean Travis Edwards were married Jan. 15, 2011 at the Acadian Ballroom in Portland, Ore. The ceremony was officiated by University of Portland friend Jeffrey Street.

The bride graduated from South Whidbey High School in 2000, and Western Washington University in 2005.  She is the daughter of Mike and Lynne Malecki of Clinton.

The groom graduated from South Whidbey High School in 2001, and the University of Portland in 2006. He is the son of Michelle and Bill Dill and Richard Edwards, all of Clinton.

The bride’s sisters, Molly and Megan Malecki, and longtime friend, Kimberly Larsen, attended her. Groomsmen included Blake Skouras, Josh Mitchell, Dan Patla and John-David de La Harpe.

The bride is a lead analyst for Market Strategies International in Portland, and the groom is an engineer with Esco Corporation.

They are moving to Brisbane, Australia where they will both continue their careers and enjoy new adventures as partners in life.
