The life of St. Mother Theodore Guerin, the eighth American saint and founder of the Sisters of Providence of St. Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, will be dramatized by Sister Susan Paweski at St. Hubert Catholic Church at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25.

Wearing a replica of Mother Theodore’s 19th century religious habit and speaking with a Breton accent, Sister Paweski will tell of the hardships and triumphs of this heroic woman canonized by Pope Benedict in 2006 and featured in the recent book “The Third Miracle” by Bill Briggs.

St. Hubert is located at 804 Third St. in Langley. For further information please call the church office at 221-5383. There is no charge for the program but donations are welcome.
