The South Whidbey Lions Club and the M-Bar-C Ranch are looking for donated items to sell at the upcoming barn sale.

The sale is a fundraiser for the Forgotten Children’s Fund and the Lion’s Sight and Hearing Program.

The barn sale is planned for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 17 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 18.

Organizers hope to find clean, quality items for the sale. Items gladly accepted include tools, small furniture, household goods, tackle, etc. (Not needed: clothing, TVs, exercise equipment, shoes.)

Donated items can be brought to the M-Bar-C Ranch between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturdays, Sept. 3 and Sept. 10; a receipt will be provided for your donation.

The M-Bar-C Ranch is located on Shore Meadows Road off Bush Point Road in Freeland. Call 331-3151 with questions.
