South Whidbey to hold fundraiser for heart attack victim

Friends of Cliff Hagglund will hold a fundraising auction during the Western Games event from 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 through 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11 at the Island County Fairgrounds in Langley.
Hagglund suffered a massive heart attack Sept. 3 and remains in intensive care at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bellingham.
Hagglund is an employee at Joni’s Hair Design in Bayview.
The auction is sponsored by Hagglund’s friends at the Western Games Association, and will take place at the horse arena behind the HOPE building.
