Ranch hosts adult horse skills workshop

The M-Bar-C Ranch in Freeland will offer a four-day adult horse skills workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays on Sept. 12, 14, 19 and 21.

Basic skills such as equine behavior, grooming, saddling, how to bridle a horse and riding skills will be covered, and there will be daily trail rides.
