The Opportunity council provides programs that “help people, change lives” — including emergency and transitional housing, energy assistance, child care resources and more.

The meeting is 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15 at 1791 NE First Ave. For more information, contact Martha Border at 360-734-5121, ext. 304.
