Tommy Mozingo, 18, of Langley, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout in August, 2011 and celebrated his Court of Honor on March 27 at the Langley CMA Church.

To attain the top rank, Mozingo had to earn all the scouting ranks and complete an Eagle Scout service project. For his project, he led Troop 57 scouts in the construction of a retaining wall for Good Cheer Food Bank’s vegetable garden.

Mozingo will attend the University of Washington in September.
