See ‘Doubt’ at WICA in Langley

Whidbey Island Center for the Arts presents “Doubt, A Parable,” a Pulitzer Prize winning play by John Patrick Shanley.

The play is directed by Andrew Grenier, who said this play is less about the church and more about how one views the world. “Doubt requires more courage than conviction does, and more energy; because conviction is a resting place and doubt is infinite — it is a passionate exercise,” Shanley wrote.

The cast features Megan Besst, Brian Plebanek, Kathy Stanley and Relda Weagant.

“Doubt, A Parable” plays at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays through April 21, and at 2 p.m. April 15. Tickets are $12-$16. For more information visit wicaonline.com or call 221-8268 or  800-638-7631.
