Prayer helps heal with certainty

International speaker Christine Driessen is a professional practitioner and teacher of the prayer-based system of healing called Christian Science.

Driessen will speak from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 6 at a free public workshop at the Coupeville Library, 788 N. Alexander St.

The subject of the workshop is “Healing with Scientific Certainty through the Christ.” Free child care will be provided. Driessen’s appearance is sponsored by Whidbey Island’s Christian Science churches.
