Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Whidbey Island will hold an intergenerational service including a flower communion and a child dedication Sunday, May 13 at 10 a.m.

The flower communion, begun by Norbert Capek, a Unitarian Czech minister who died at Dachau during World War II, involves an exchange of flowers to symbolize the diversity and beauty of the UU faith community. All are welcome. Childcare will be available.

The service is at 20103 Highway 525, just north of Freeland. Check www.whidbey.com/uucwi for more information.
