RELIGION NOTES | Methodist church worships outdoors
July 27, 2012 · Updated 3:46 PM
Langley United Methodist Church will worship outdoors Sunday, July 29.
Everyone is welcome to participate at 9:30 a.m. in the field adjacent to the Legacy Forest at Whidbey Institute on Campbell Road, Clinton.
The worship service will focus on the living water of rivers. This is the fourth in the church’s “Season of Creation”-themed Sundays. After the service, Fritz Hull will provide a short program about StoryHouse and the Legacy Forest. Nancy Waddell will lead a walk to the wetlands area and talk about the importance of their role in the great cycle of living waters.
