Katie McNeil, a visitor from Michigan, purchases nail polish from Amanda Markle at the Island Nail Girls booth at a recent Clinton Thursday Market.

The outdoor bazaar is held from 4 to 7 p.m. each Thursday behind Dairy Queen, just off Highway 525.

“So far, so good, we’re happy,” said Market Manager Carol Flax of the market, which opened for the first time this summer. About 30 booths sell arts, crafts and food.

For information email her at clintonthursdaymarket@gmail.com. New vendors are welcome at the next market Thursday, Aug. 9. Marimba music will be featured.
