Ashlyn Smith, a girl, was born at 1:17 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 at Kirkland Evergreen Hospital.

Ashlyn measured 19 and one-half inches and weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces at birth.

Her parents are Breanna (Hartwell) Smith of Langley, and Seth Smith of Clinton.

Her maternal grandparents are Tom and Debbie Hartwell of Lake Stevens, Brenda Mock of Langley, and Dan Mock of Port Angeles. Her paternal grandparents are Jeff and Katy Smith of Clinton.
