RELIGION NOTES | Embracing the gift within
October 12, 2012 · Updated 4:50 PM
We are all being called to “be the change we wish to see” through co-creation, and by doing so, we must look deeply within ourselves as well as one another.
Based upon the book to be released in the winter of 2013, this inspirational talk by Larry Martin Davis at 10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14 at Unity of Whidbey is created for parents, grandparents, teachers, and community service providers — everyone whose lives are touched by the amazing gifts found within each and every child.
Following the worship celebration, Larry Martin Davis and Carmel Pennington will conduct an introduction to HeartMath, where participants will learn about the science and strategies behind heart-centered wellness, emotional resiliency and heart rate coherence. Tadd CharetteNunn will provide music and Quin Serra will be the platform assistant. All are welcome.
Unity of Whidbey is located at 5671 Crawford Road, Langley. For information, go to www.unityofwhidbeyisland.org.
