RELIGION NOTES | Finding God in daily life

October 12, 2012 · Updated 4:52 PM

Do you sometimes feel that God must be busy with issues other than your own? Do you neglect to look for evidence of Him in your daily life?

Come to South Whidbey Community Church’s 10 a.m. service Sunday, Oct. 14 and hear the amazing story of God’s constant presence, protection, and provision in the Book of Daniel as presented by our guest preacher, Mark Lynch. He is a 10-plus year resident of Whidbey Island, former Associate Pastor at CMA Church and presently works for Simpson Bible University throughout the western U.S., teaching staff development.

An adult Bible study begins at 9 a.m. South Whidbey Community Church is an independent church that gathers to worship God, study His word and encourage.

The church meets weekly at Deer Lagoon Grange, 5142 Bayview Road, Langley. Call 221-1220 for information.
