Start the new year with a splash Jan. 1 at Double Bluff beach and join 150 other jumpers for a bone chilling dive into 2013. A $15 fee includes shirt and refreshments and benefits 4-H Teen Leadership activities. Registration opens at 11 a.m. Call 221-6788.
