RELIGION NOTES | Find security in spiritual alertness with Oak Harbor Christian Science
February 8, 2013 · Updated 4:12 PM
Many people are looking for direction and security in their lives. Practitioner of Christian Science healing, Josh Niles, said, “Spiritual alertness brings solutions and guidance to my life. It’s a kind of listening and takes an inner quietness or the use of one’s spiritual senses to hear the answers.”
Niles, a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship, will give a lecture titled, “Spiritual Training” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24 at Oak Harbor School District Administration, 350 S. Oak Harbor St.
“In this lecture we will explore how you can hear and trust divine intuition as well as combating the distractions and mental ambushes that keep us from hearing God’s direction,” Niles said.
