Osprey existence with Puget Sound Energy at center of discussion

“What do Osprey and Puget Sound Energy have in common?” is the subject of the Whidbey Audubon Society meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, featuring Melvin Walters, who coordinates the development and implementation of PSE’s Avian Protection Plan. The free program is at the Unitarian Universalist meeting house at 20103 Highway 525 in Freeland. Refreshments and socializing begin at 7 p.m. followed by a meeting at 7:15 and the program begins at 7:30.
