Red Cross Chapter has new director

The Island County chapter of the American Red Cross has hired TJ Harmon-Fisher as the agency’s new executive director.

Harmon-Fisher will oversee the operations of the American Red Cross on Whidbey and Camano islands.

The new director has served as the regional coordinator for emergency management and response for several years for Snohomish County, and Harmon-Fisher’s experience also includes serving as deputy director for Island County emergency management services.
