Island Arts Council recognized this year’s Whidbey Telecom grant winners at the opening of the Open Studio Tour Exhibit at Crocker Barn, Coupeville.

Local artists are awarded these grants to enable them to continue their work. Funds for the grants are generated by the Whidbey Open Studio Tour.
