Clinton family welcomes new arrival

Andrew Moore and Sarah Bacigalupo of Clinton are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Grace Lillian Moore.
Grace was born Nov. 6, 2008 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces.
