Amy Gabelein-Hannold, publicity chairwoman for Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, Post 7392, was recognized at the VFW Department of Washington Annual Convention.

Hannold received the Publicity Program First Place Award on behalf of VFW Post 7392 Ladies Auxiliary, a member of Division Five (consisting of the largest auxiliaries in Washington state). Awards are based on the creativity, results and effectiveness of the auxiliary’s publicity program over the course of the VFW year.

Hannold and her Navy husband Rick, both life members of Post 7392, are active in the youth and community service programs.
