Bond family announces new member to the family

Carl and Hannah Bond of Langley are happy to announce the birth of their daughter Isabella Jolee Bond.
Isabella was born Feb. 5, 2009 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville.
She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.
