The Women’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Association would like to acknowledge the fine work of quilter Effie Higgins.

Higgins is an active member of the group who has been making baby quilts from donated scraps of material.

The quilts are then donated to Pregnancy Aid of Langley. The women noted that the cozy little quilts keep many a baby comfy.
