South End families welcome new arrivals

Five Whidbey families are celebrating new additions.

Charlie Dennis Montoya

Matthew and Jaime Montoya of Freeland are pleased to announce the birth of their son Charlie Dennis Montoya.

Charlie was born March 18, 2009 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. He weighed exactly 8 pounds.

Lila Renee Kallstrom

Gabriel Kallstrom and Adrienne Clark of Clinton are happy to announce the birth of their daughter Lila Renee Kallstrom.

Lila was born March 23, 2009 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. She weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces.

Aiden Daniel Moore

Robert Moore and Misty Downard of Freeland are thrilled to announce the birth of their son Aiden Daniel Moore.

Aiden was born March 20, 2009 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville, where he weighed in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces.

Kowen White

Proud parents Taylor and Tiffany White announce the birth of their son, Kowen White, born March 5, 2009 at home in Clinton.

Kowen weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins his two sisters, Kylayna and Kalia.

The Whites extend a big thanks to Cynthia Jaffe of the Greenbank Birth Center.

Hunter Douglas Slattum

Matthew Slattum and Tressa Ogden of Clinton are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Hunter Douglas Slattum.

Hunter was born March 25, 2009 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. He weighed exactly 8 pounds.
