Whidbey students excel at WSU

Five students from the South End have earned a spot on Washington State University’s President’s Honor Roll for the 2009 summer semester.

Mary Elizabeth Michell and Amanda Elizabeth Strempel of Clinton, Brianne Alana Dumke of Freeland and Jessica Lee Eaton earned the academic honor.

To be eligible for the honor roll, undergraduate students must earn a grade- point average of 3.75 in at least nine graded hours in a single term at WSU, or a GPA of 3.5 based on at least 15 cumulative hours of graded work
