Students can learn valuable habitat assessment and stream monitoring skills.

The sessions will take place Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7. The training features fish habitat assessment tools, native plant maintenance procedures, non-native plant management and stream monitoring techniques. The classes are funded by a grant from the Island Community Salmon Fund.
