The Black Cat Ball on Halloween night at Freeland Hall attracted a goodly number of costumed Halloweeners, who mingled and danced to the sounds of the Western Heroes and DJ “The Kettle.” The big event was organized by JP and Jess Dowdell, who pulled out all the stops again this year for the annual event.
