South Whidbey students earn honors at WSU

The president’s honor roll for the fall semester 2009 at Washington State University is packed with South Whidbey students.
The outstanding scholars from Clinton are Eva Louise Denka, Dylan Arthur Fate, Mary Elizabeth Michell and Amanda Elizabeth Strempel.
From Freeland, Brianne Alana Dumke, Jennifer Lauren Hansen and Elizabeth Marie Lutch received the academic honor.
And from Langley, Eric Scott Barrow, Cassie Grace Bosman, Courtney Kathleen Bosman, Jessica Lee Eaton, Twyla Elisabet Godwin, Caroline Michelle Habel, Hillary B. Mellish and Lauren Christiana Campbell Sandri earned a spot on the president’s honor roll.
The honor roll recognizes students who stand above the rest with excellent academic performance. To be eligible for the honor roll, undergraduate students must be enrolled in nine graded hours in a single term at WSU and earn a grade point average of 3.75 or earn a 3.50 cumulative GPA, based on 15 cumulative hours of graded work.
