Work party today at Freeland Park

The Whidbey Island Conservation District is looking for volunteers to help with maintenance work on the rain gardens at Freeland Park today.

Volunteers will meet at 8:30 a.m. at the picnic shelter. Helpers should bring gloves, hand trowels, kneeling pads, water bottle and other items they think they might need.

The work party will go until 10 a.m. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
