Orchestras perform at free show at SWHS

The Whidbey Island Youth Orchestra and Whidbey Island Community Orchestra will perform in a joint concert at 7 p.m. tonight in the auditorium at South Whidbey High School.
The Youth Orchestra, directed by Matt Frost, will feature works by Bach, Debussy and Mozart. The Community Orchestra, directed by Chris Harshman, will perform works by Debussy, Bizet, Brahms and Tchaikovsky.
There will be a reception with light snacks following the concert. There is no charge to attend, but donations are gladly accepted.
