The Rolstad home kitchen is one of six that will be on display during the upcoming Whidbey Island Dream Kitchen Tour on Saturday, Aug. 27.

The American Association of University Women 2011 Whidbey Island Dream Kitchen Tour is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27 and will feature a self-directed tour of six unique kitchens in private homes around Whidbey Island.

Tickets may be purchased for $15 at the Star Store, Langley; Sound Business Center, Freeland; Linds Pharmacy, Coupeville; and Eileen’s Creative Kitchen and Ace Hardware, Oak Harbor.

Proceeds fund educational support and scholarships for young women of Whidbey Island.
