Student musicians from across South Whidbey will present their annual Creepy Concert on Friday, Oct. 28 in the Langley Middle School auditorium.

The seventh/eighth grade band, the LMS Jazz Band and the South Whidbey High School Wind Ensemble will perform spooky hits from the past and groovy tunes for the future.

Concert-goers should be prepared for little and large surprises along the way, including door prizes.

The evening starts at 6 p.m. with carnival games, a donation raffle and everyone’s favorite cake walk in the cafeteria, followed by the concert at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Concert admission is $5 and kids in costumes get in free. The Creepy Concert is the main fundraiser for the band program; monies generated from the concert support trips, new music, scholarships, new equipment and instrument sectionals led by professionals.

To make a raffle donation email Gina Simpson at moonoverlangley@hotmail.com.
