NOEL celebrates the Yuletide season

NOEL will present a heart-warming evening of music and poetry to celebrating the Yuletide season at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12 at the First Reformed Church, 250 SW Third Ave. in Oak Harbor.
