Participants in the original Whidbey Island Dance Theater 1991 production of “The Nutcracker” on South Whidbey are welcome as guests at the 20th anniversary of the production.

The very first Nutcracker was in 1991; 1992 was the very first performance of “Living Room” in the Nutcracker. Most of the performers were kids and are now adults.

Organizers want to find and invite original performers to the 20th anniversary performance at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9 at the South Whidbey High School Performing Arts Center.

Anyone involved in the 1991 Nutcracker production in any way or performed in the 1992 first year of “Living Room” is asked to call Lynn at 341-2308, the theater at 341-2221 or info@widtonline.org.
