Join Langley’s holiday parade

November 29, 2012 · Updated 9:22 AM

Participants march in Langley’s Holiday Parade in last year’s event. This year, the Langley Chamber of Commerce is set to launch the fifth annual Holiday Parade Saturday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. More than 200 people participated in the parade last year. To keep with tradition, parade organizers are encouraging 4-H groups, goat co-ops, choirs, theatre groups, car groups and more to come on out for this popular parade led by the Washington State Pipe Band. The parade kicks off from the Langley Middle School bus barn at 11 a.m. Parade participants are encouraged to be there by 10 a.m. The parade takes less than an hour.
