Actors, dancers needed for Island Dance's ‘Cinderella’

Now that the curtain has closed on “The Nutcracker,” it is time for Whidbey Island Dance Theatre to start preparing for its next production of “Cinderella.”
Auditions will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, at Island Dance, located at 714 Camano Ave. in the two-story brick building on the middle school campus in Langley.
Audition times (arrive 30 minutes early to register):
• 12 to 12:45 p.m., ages 6-8.
• 12:45 to 1:30 p.m., ages 9-11.
• 1:30 to 2 p.m., ages 12-14.
• 2 to 3: p.m., ages 15 to adult (adult courtier roles by invitation only).
Rehearsals will be weekends, beginning in February, and continuing through performances April 26 to 28.
