Raven Rocks Gallery at Greenbank Farm shows new works by Mary Jo Oxrieder and Lynne Adams in “Whimsy Island.”

The show opened April 5 and continues to May 2.

The show is inspired by spring. The artists are antsy for change and wanting to shake up what they’re doing, they stated. Watching the freshness of spring has them hearing new songs in their hearts.

This is manifested in Oxrieder’s work with a new collection of inspirational mixed media wall-plaques, Scrumble dolls, watercolor and acrylic paintings, inspiration stones and new prints from her Fantasy Series.

From Adams, people will find unique necklaces, bracelets and earrings made with gemstones, found objects and hand felted beads, as well as her felted “Hawaiian Siren” mermaids, animals and plants.

Raven Rocks Gallery is located at Greenbank Farm, 765 Wonn Road C-101, in Greenbank. For information, and gallery hours, call 360-222-0102, or visit the website at www.ravenrocksgallery.com.
